So, on economy - vent or heater, i can hear the fan blowing, but i can only feel it through the defroster vents. On any of the AC settings, i get a BLAST of air through the vents.

only sometimes (with some massive fiddling) can i get the economy to blow through the vents. I have replaced the blower motor (kinda just for kicks, because the other one wasn't powerfull anymore)

So, anyone dug into this system that can give me some incite? thanks.
