well im still fiddling with the car and i replaced the ground bolt to the firewall, checked the bolt to the head and they are good. However, the tach doesnt work at all, and just to see something, I tried to ride out first gear to about 45mph. Well at about 30-35 mph, the car acted like it was bouncing off a rev limiter. Last time this happened to me, I tightened up the ground bolt to the firewall and everything was fine. need help asap.....vehicle inspection runs out this month and dont have $/time/patience to mess with this thing all winter.

 

have you checked the white wire going from the tachometer to the ignition coil?

ok got tach working but got tha rev limiter crap on there still

 

nobody has any ideas?
