Re: I beg for assistance.. ign box
I`ll try to help...
"Splice" is going to mean cut the stock cables (wires) and connect to the proper colored wires coming out of the hy fire IMO. Cut the wires that are at the coil that say not used and cap the ends on the coil side..Now the other ends that come from the harness hook up to the white wire and small red coming out of the hy fire.
As for the tach I would think you would use the white wire coming out of the box and connect it to the white that was cut at the coil. I would make sure the small red wire into the box has battery + positive when the key is turned on... hope this helps some

Thanks alot for helping.
When you say "cap the ends", do you mean to cut it, and then just isolate the ends?
And for the red wire, can I use the pink wire from the "car" that goes to the coil ( labeld "not used" on the picture ). I think that is 12v on ignition. I can mesure it first to be sure.
Again, sry for the bad english...
cheers..

yes, whatever is cut and not to be used anylonger, isolate so no short can happen. and if the pink that`s not being used is ign on + , then I would use it.
Re: I beg for assistance.. ign box
Thanks so much.. I hooked everything up. And the only thing that still buggs me is the white wire coming from the stock tach. Original that wire is connected to the white wire from the coil ( the one that say "do not use"...
Is it ok to reconnect the tach to that wire. Or do I need to use the yellow wire from the hyfire?
thanks

Re: I beg for assistance.. ign box
Try the yellow wire and see if it works right, there`s got to be a reason the diagram shows 2 different spots.
