Please post what good reliable car alarm I can install

hello, i want to install a good reliable not tooooooo expensive car alarm, looking to spend n more then 100$ so im thinking best bet ebay? but none the less wanted to know if perhaps maybe seen or can look on ebay to point me in right direction on what kind of alarm to buy. just something that will sway aware car prowlers perhaps red light, shock sensor. I don't think car start is necessary. I want to do a self install so something with instructions is a must. Will appreciate big time!

Re: Please post what good reliable car alarm I can install

I would go with something name brand. Viper and Bulldog being some of the main ones. I currently have a remote start/keyless entry kit made by Directed Electronics which makes Viper alarms. It wasn't difficult to install as I originally thought. I'd search ebay. If its one of those nameless brands, I'd be aware, cheap electronics can fail and it sucks having a car alarm go off that you can't turn off...
