Shift Indicator Light
When I bought the car the light didn't work and so when I cleaned underneath of there for cig ashes and stuff I found out that the light bulb shattered somehow. I got a 194 replacement bulb and it does not work. I tried it both ways just in case. Any ideas of why it wouldn't be lighting up?

Re: Shift Indicator Light
The socket itself might be burnt up or damaged. Mine didn't work either when I bought my car. But the bulb was merely burnt out. However the socket is pretty dry and cracked from the heat.

I could just test it with a multimeter right?

I'm pretty sure he means the indicator on the floor. The "P R N OD D 1 2" shifter since he was cleaning cig ashes. . .Mine was a damn mess too.
As for the test, I've never done it before. . . But I guess you could. Also check the wires. . . someone might of hacked into it.
