Help with Tach

Hey my tach doesnt work can anyone tell me what wires go to the distributor. There are two wires that go there with only one flat connector empty. Not a big deal but would like it to work.

Re: Help with Tach

Tach wire plugs directly into the condenser (little cylinder, size of your thumb. see pic.)that is bolted (1 bolt) to the firewall behind the distributor. The wire off the condenser plugs directly into the drivers side of distributor cap.

Re: Help with Tach

check the obvious, clean the connector, make sure the wires are not loose, put some conductive lube on it.
