electrical problem

I was sitting in my car today listening to the radio aftermarket Pioneer and on my dome lamp someone added a clip type device to hold up one side of it. I removed it and put it back on and then my radio shut off. Did I blow a few because I touched a metal terminal or something? My radio also has a fuse in the harness it self. Should I replace all fuses and then try again? The car and everything works just not the radio. Did I maybe fry my radio?

Thanks

Erik
