wiring hell

I have an 1987 Camaro RS V6 to V8 5.0 TBI swap with no computer and I've run into a dead stop. I have three sets of wires I would like help identifying. Note, this car does not have a computer so it won't have to go through it. I'm trying to hook up the windshield wipers and I've run into a wiring mess.

This is the windshield wiper motor wiring coming off the side

This is the bottom of the windshield wiper motor

Here is the set of wires that are coming from the drivers side firewall

Thanks for all the help!

Re: wiring hell

The windshield wiper circuit is completely separate from the ECM so that's no problem (btw, you said 5.0TBI so how will it run without an ECM?)

You will need to identify the wires from the C100 connector and hook them back up to the windshield wiper module (the black box on the motor) and the motor itself. If you don't have a good wiring diagram, you can find one here: http://www.austinthirdgen.org/index.php?pid=19

The yellow wire from the wiper module needs to go to the yellow on the motor.
The purple wire from the wiper motor needs to go to the purple wire on C100 (pin C5).
The green wire from the wiper module goes to C100 (pin C6).
The pink wire from the module goes to C100 (pin C7).

Hope this helps.

Re: wiring hell

Thanks for the help, but on the ECM side of things. I was a little mis understood on the engine aspirating term but it is a carb. so no computer needed. although the diagram is a little hard to read i think i should be able to get it working from here on out. But I do have one more question, what is the C100 connector and where would it be located? Thanks once again

Re: wiring hell

A simple search would answer your question immediately.
But I'll give you the answer anyway: it's the bulkhead connector on the firewall, driver side, in the corner, below the brake booster and relays.

Hope this helps.
Lou

P.S.: It's actually the connector in your 3rd picture.
