I hope someone can help me with this one. I have an '87 Iroc and the other day my elbow hit my horn button (circle one) and made it pop out. Once I put it back on the steering wheel, the Acc fuse (20 amp) blew out. So I went to put a new fuse in and it would blow everytime I try to stick it in the fuse box. I pulled out the horn button with the electrical wire still connected and then replaced the fuse. That seemed to work fine until I tried sticking the button back on the wheel. It seems that everytime the plate that connects the horn button touches the steering wheel, it causes the fuse to blow. Any ideas?
