ok well one of my foglights stoped working no its not the bulb changed that already the otherone works fine did a volt test and it has ground but no power does enyone know if there is some sort of relay of something or know were it is or what could help?

mine just stopped the other day ,i found a relay mounted on the driver side fender ,when i turn on the fog lights it just clicks,haven't had time to mess with it any further .
