Plug Identification?

Car: 82 T/A 47,XXX
Engine: 305 until the ZZ4 355.
Transmission: turbo200
Axle/Gears: 3.42's
Plug Identification?
Trying to figure out what these are, I know a couple are to the carb, I just put on a Edelbrock, Can I cut them off? The 2 low quality pics are from underdash and remember im still having a problem getting power to all my ACC maybe this is my problem...
