I had a question before I do this.I`ve searched and never seen a really how to type thread.I `m` pretty sure I can handle running the wires and routing a vent tube through a hole in the rear with a grommet.What I have questions about is...
Under hood wires.After you run the wires from the trunk whats the best way to connect it to all the wires already underhood.Do you make something like a wiring terminal/block with the positive and negative coming from the battery.I`m thinking about haveing something with battery terminals or something to connect the wiring that is there and any future wiring.I`ve Never seen how this is done so sorry if this seems like a stupid question.

 

I've done this before on a nissan 240sx . You can simply run the ground from the battery to the chassis , you don;t have to run it all the way from the front of the car . Just be sure toground the motor to the chassis too . As far as the positive cable goes , it would be best to actually have all the wires connected some way directly to each other . Get it ?

 

I mounted a Ford style starter relay under the hood and moved all the connections off the starter to the relay.
