Please Identify these Plugs!!!

If anyone know what these two plugs are for, please, enlighten me. It is driving me crazy ...and neither the Haynes manual I have or the diagrams I printed off of Autozone are doing much to help me out. They are located under the drivers side dashboard. Any help is appreciated!

ARE THE PLUGS NEXT TO THE CENTER CONSOLE OR THE DRIVERS DOOR?
MINE HAD CONNECTIONS NEXT TO THE CONSOLE AND THEY WERE FOR THE CAR DEALERSHIPS ALARM SYSTEM. THEY USED TO PUT THEM ON ALL THE CARS ONTHE LOT.

Re: Please Identify these Plugs!!!

Okay, I've figured out that the plugs in the first picture are for cruise control...an option that I deleted years ago.

I still can't figure out what the single tan wire with a clear end is (sorry the picture is blurry).

Anybody???
