Rewire Whole Car?!!

Ok so Im in a mess of engine harness and trying to decide whether or not to rewire the whole car. Its a 91 rs and most of the interior harness is still in place. I cant feed power in through the c100 connector to power lights and ign.? Is it easier to just hardwire everything at this point?

Why can't you feed power through the c100 connector? I wouldn't think that you'd need to rewire the whole car. Can't you just get battery power through to the original fuse box power in?

I tried to feed power to A4 F4 and G5, but had nothing. I only want the harness for lights/wipers, but its getting to be a pita. Gauges, HVAC, and the whole engine harness/ecm are all gone. Any ideas would be appreciated.
