Transmission: th 700 r4 hd
Corvette Alternator to 85 Firebird.
Hi everyone here we go with my first post of many i'm sure.
Am now the proud owner of a 1985 305 tpi trans am but having charging problems standard alternator has 1 bolt terminal and 2 small connectors but with the car came a brand new alternater for a corvette but it has 1 bolt terminal and 4 small terminals.
Can I still use this alternator and how can i wire the connectors to make it work?
Any help much apreciated as not many people seem to know over here in the UK.

Done some digging and if it helps anyone else then on the 4 terminal plug only need the 's' terminal (fused link) and the 'f' terminal 20amp hot on run.
