ok I recently took my gauge cluster out to replace a bulb...messed up big time..thats another story though...one problem I have now is tha nice annoying alarm that goes off when you leave your headlights on while the car is off DOES NOT STOP!!...guy said find the fuse ...good idea!...sweet fixed that, yet now when I turn my headlights on the alarm comes back and again DOES NOT STOP!...what is goin on???....Ive been told I have to take my stearing wheel off and disconnect 2 brass wires?!?...can anyone help...I finally have internet (dial up) and was able to join this forum to talk to people that know our cars...HELP would be awesome...I drive at night alot and the alarm drives me insane so I blast music and go deaf, Id like to not have to do this much longer for I like my hearing. Thanks guys

Welcome to TGO. Listing the make, model and year of your car is always helpful. Also the search function on site is highly recommended. The buzzer is located under the dash, just above the driver's right knee in the convenience center. Until you discover the underlying problem, you could simply remove the buzzer.

lol sorry like I said Im a newb ....and I was told the buzzer was in the same spot on all third gens so I just kinda neglected to put it all down....but it's a 92 3.1 25th anniversery...I got a guy that is gonna "take care of it"...most likely gonna rip me off so it would be nice to know how easy it actually is because Im pretty sure it will not take 2 hours to do (and they werent very busy from what I could see)....thanks for your info though and I make sure I put my car from now on cause Im sure I'll have many more questions lol

He'll take the 30 seconds to reach under the dash & pull the buzzer, then charge you 2 hours for for labor, plus diagnoses....Pull the buzzer yourself.
