fuse blows when try to blow horn

fuse blows when try to blow horn
When I push the horn button, the fuse blows so I have no horn, interior lights or hatch release. I do have a Grant steering wheel that I put in two years ago but this just started. I don't see any shorts or bad ground connections. Any ideas? Is there a horn relay? Could taht go bad and cause this?
