Re: Front turn signals bulb sockets..
Do you mean the front turn signals mounted under the headlights, or the ones in the fenders in front of the wheels? I'm not sure what you have in Poland there, but here in the U.S. those connectors are generally available at most auto parts stores. If you can't find them in the stores, you might be able to order them, or possibly someone from TGO can ship you a set. Do you have any junkyards there you can look in? There is always Ebay as well.

Re: Front turn signals bulb sockets..
The front ones, on the bumper, near headlights..
Can you give me a link them at any store..? I was unable to find them anywhere...
Neither ebay nor stores...
I have no problems with buying parts in USA and shipping them to Poland..
I have lots of junkyards but Fbodys are a pretty rare cars in Europe

Re: Front turn signals bulb sockets..
I'll check some parts store sites and see what I can find. If there are any GM vehicles in the junkyards there, you may be able to find something. GM used a lot of parts in more than just one make/model. You might want to check other GMC/CHevy/Pontiac/Buick/Oldsmobile vehicles in the junkyards for the sockets, particularly the taillights. IIRC, that socket was a popular one for taillights, especially in the larger sedans. If I find anything online, I'll post a link for ya.
What's wrong with the ones you have? Are they at all salvageable? Or do you not have them at all?

Re: Front turn signals bulb sockets..
Despite you being in Poland, there should be very little difficulty in finding sockets that will fit. In the US, the bulbs are 1157s. European standards give them a different name, but really....They are identical bulbs. Like identical tins. Same person, different names!
Google shows lots of sources....
http://www.google.com/search?ie=UTF-...&q=1157+socket
For the front, you will need the straight, 180 degree ones. For the rears (if you ever need them) you'll need 90 degree sockets.
The front will need these style sockets (shown as an example only, I know about ths seller).....

Re: Front turn signals bulb sockets..
Those cars are very rare here
We have lots of shitty, little fiats, hondas, toyotas, opels, vw etc with msot common engine making like 50/60 HP... To see a pickup or suv is also pretty rare here...
And it is a custom to cut one wire from those connectors becouse yellow parking light is illegal here.. Or it was.. Or I dont know.. I was using having it
That is what happen to mine, I got it resolder with just 1mm (yeah, I know you use inches there
) of wire sticking out after i cut some of thet plastic cover..
But that has broken after a year and I tought it could be common in US so why not to buy new ones..

Re: Front turn signals bulb sockets..
You know what made a huge difference in looking for them?
Calling those "sockets" instead of "connectors" :-D
Thank you very much :-)

If your looking for an original, used socket....It's gonna be part of a LARGE wiring harness, have LOTS of other connections & meters & meters (meters for you
) or wires. The socket won't simply plug into the harness real close. Supreme Member

Re: Front turn signals bulb sockets..
Yeah, they are fairly common here. Have you tried posting in the parts wanted forum? Also, I just realized that Chevy/GMC trucks and SUVs use those same sockets for the front turn signal lights. I know you said they are rare, but you might get lucky. GM also made/owned Saab, I don't know if they are more common over there or not but you might find something on one of those.
Do you need them for both sides? I may have a pair of them in the spare parts boxes in the garage, I'll have to look when I get home from work.

Re: Front turn signals bulb sockets..
We cant have yellow parking light, only white/ clear one.
Some people are doing something like this:

But that looks like... well, bad
Most of people are driving with yellow lights and I never heard about police arguing about it, becouse there are many cars that has them..
In Germany I know people wont pass yearly safty test (I forgot the name of it) and it is impossible to drive.. I bought my car from Germany so I had those wires cut and had parking lights integrated into headlights.
Ill buy those of ebay and solder them to the harness

Are you needing the electrical socket that the bulb fits in? Or the plastic housing for the lens?
BTW....The lens is referred to (here) as amber, not yellow. Which would explain why, when you were saying "yellow" we weren't even thinking about a lens.

Re: Front turn signals bulb sockets..
They cut the wire and put a parking light to headlight OR put there a clear light
But that doesnt matter, I can buy a socket now and be happy ;-)

I still wouldn't be surprised to find a European built/local car, with the same sockets.
