Where to find factory Power Distribution wiring diagrams?? Help!

Hey guys, I'm new to this forum, and hate to open up with a question but that's normally how it goes I guess.

I am helping a friend out with electrical problems on a 2.8L 5spd 1989 Camaro. The headlights, dome light, and radio work when they please, all in unison.

I am pretty competent with wiring and know if I had the complete factory wiring diagrams for said car, it would not take long at all. But I don't have
access to one, and do not have time to order one ( I see on ebay you can buy a complete 1989 GM shop manual for $35 shipped on CD-ROM).

Does anyone have access to specifically the Power Distribution diagrams from the shop manual? Autozones website does not cover this, mitchell on demand does not, and I've searched high and low across the internet with no luck.

I'm assuming there is a fusible link responsible for this, but if I just had the factory diagrams (far superior to Chiltons, Haynes, etc), I could make short work of this.

Any help guys is appreciated! Thanks again!

Straight from the technical articles link on the homepage...

Though it is for '86, the wiring will still be the same (for the most part).

Take a chill pill Tony, I can't be on the computer all day and I just got back.

I do want to thank deadbird for taking the time to post up this link: http://92b4crs.tripod.com/86wiring/86wiringindex.html. I found that to be an invaluable resource, it helped me out tremendously. I diagnosed and repaired the problem today, turned out to be female pin G5 on Connector 100 on the driver's side firewall did not have the tab bent correctly, and was free to slide in and out of it's cavity but not completely coming out thanks to the white plastic retainer. Either this was a factory assembly mistake or maybe more likely, someone had serviced that connector before and messed that up.

Anyway, solution was to tweak the tab a little, and reinsert it back into the cavity until it clicked.

Thanks again deadbird!

In the 10 years I have been on this site and even been a moderator at one point... I've never once participated to be thanked.

I, like the rest of the helpful people, are just here to help when we can.

Being able to help a fellow member out and the same in return is thanks enough.

If you have to ask someone to thank you, you probably didn't deserve it.
