So i installed a stand alone fan swich, (has its own temp sensor and can adjust temp on/off) anywho, i currently have the power wire going directly to the hot batt terminal, i suck at reading wiring diagrams so im here asking for a wire to splice into that is hot with the key on and cold when the key is off, so its not running constinly tll the coolant cools off enought to shut off the fan, i have a good strong batt so its not a huge prob, thus why i havent looked for serious help tll now, but id like to do it right insted of just "making it work" b4 i had just a wire going to my fuse box into an empty terminal that was hot on and cold off, so, can anybody help me, with pics, detailed discription on the wire color (such as green with yellow stripe) or whatever i just need to finish this small afternoon job finaly, its starting to get HOT outside and i dont want the fan to run for an hr tll the coolant cools down, thanks in advance, btw its an 89 camaro rs 5.0 tbi (l03) auto 700r4 trans, i dont know what else u would need to know if u where to look up a wiring diagram.
