Ignition switch help

Hi guys man I need help, I went to start the car with the key got nothing, with the ignition turn on, No radio,No wipers,no turn singles, But when I stick the key in the ignition switch the buzzer will ring. When I turn key acc still no radio or power going to it. I have push botton start switch that turns the starter over that is working find. Is there a fuse some where man if so I can't find it. Or could it be a bad switch, The hazzerd lights switch work on the steering column. I never play with the wiring to a key switch before.

The car is a 82 camaro with a tilt steering wheel.

Re: Ignition switch help

Wiring for the IGN is on the top of the column under the dash. I wouldnt bother replacing it until you rule out that you're getting power to the inside

Im unsure for older cars, but newer ones get power to the dash harness by the C100 connector. It has 2-4 large red wires that get power from the battery but are ran thru fusible links. These are located on the starter or a power junction block near the battery. If a fusible link blows the IGN switch gets no power so all your electronics are dead

I got power in the steering column the buzzer sounds when I turn the key in the ignition switch and the hazard lights work when I pull on them. But nothing when I turn the key...
