There are USB sound card options for tablets. The Galaxy 8 can run 2 applications at once in a split screen but it does not support multiple screens displaying different applications. There is also the limitation of USB ports and the routing of the USB cable in a fixed install. Reviews of the screen have also been disappointing. The capabilities with a full carPC still far exceed a tablet.
