Cruise Control Wiring??? 86 2.8L

I found the article on here talking about fixing your cruise control and how you can wire up switches but I am saving that as a last resort.

I have an 86 camaro with a 2.8L and a 5 speed manual transmission.

I can see the harness with the blue, 2 grey, and pink with black line wires coming out of it, but I can't find the thick black wire that is suppose to connect to it. Is it suppose to come out of the steering column?

The black wire is actually 4 wires inside a plastic sleeve. Yes it comes out of the column if you have a cruise stalk installed

I do have a cruise stalk in my steering column but I can't find that wire anywhere. Does anyone know where I could get a replacement one if I opened up the column to replace it?

Help section of a local parts store or ebay

Expect to pay around $50 for a new stalk
