(1986 Camaro) HID headlight SWAP

Im looking to uprgrade to HID headlights, im 18 years old, and have no clue what im doing. I have halogen headlights currently, and the dont work well at all. I want to know, if i buy the HID light bulb, and I need to buy the Projector light correct?

Im would like to get the xentec H4, 3000k Bulb, heres the link.

I havent bought it yet, im going to soon, i was trying to find out if they worked and if it was even the right stuff. Hopefuly it is, im sure it lines up right ive been searching all over and think it does. I should be getting it with a week or two.

You can get the HID kit without the projector headlights if you dont want to spend the extra money. If you get the projector lights you will have a more focused beam of light that isnt glaring everywhere. If you decide not to get the projectors then just make sure you adjust your headlights a little so they arent blinding other drivers too bad.
