Fog lights keep blowing fuse! Help!

So I've had the same wiring setup for my aftermarket foglights for 3 years now and they worked just fine. But all of a sudden the fuse went out and I've replaced all the wires, grounds and checked all the connections. They turn one without the car started, but once I do turn the car on, they stay on for about 10 seconds and then the fuse gets blown. Could the lights be bad and pulling to much current, or is the fact that I replaced the alternator the reason they keep going out. Can anyone please help? Thanks.

P.S. This is the exact diagram I've been using for 3 years now.

I would check your wires it sounds to me that something is shorting if you are blowing fuses maybe something is just loose enough to be making a ground contact during the jiggling of your car making it blow fuses. I would check anywhere there are connections are being made if possible such as at the bulb or the Switch

Everything has been rewired and checked and still blows the fuses.

bypass the relays and fuses, I have fog lamps they run directly of the battery with an in line fues, i think its a 20, to the switch, then the indicator gets it power from other side of the switch with a ground, so when you flip the switch it comes on too. then the wire going out to the lights, with their separate grounds. or check if the relay is good.

The original diagram called for a 20 amp fuse and I used a 20 amp fuse for years on the circuit and it was fine. I thought it maybe needed a bigger fuse capacity fuse, but it blew a 30 amp and 40 amp. Something is pulling too much current, so I'll try the isolated fog light approach. Though it is really nice to have the lights on and off with the car. I wouldn't want to accidentally drain the battery. Thanks guys.
