Fusible link locations?

Fusible link locations?
Hey guys and ladies. Fairly sure I have atleast one blown fusible link. I was working on a problem, sometimes nothing happens when turning key except the security light comes on, looks like VATS has been bypassed but it's a mess under the dash. As I was untangling the wires I lost power to everything inside the car. 91 RS. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The fusible links are at the junction block on the right side of the radiator for your year car...probably.
