Lower Power Usage?

Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.23 LS
Lower Power Usage?
When i run at idle its about 14.3 which it should be but when lights are on at night and and speakers are on.. i run about 13. Engaging my turn signal and everytime it flashes raises the rpms about 50, i see the needle bounce.. I was wondering if there are other alternatives for my vehicle for lights to be used that would use much less power? I did my gauge lights and interior lights to be led...
any ideas?

Use Candles
Your voltmeter might not be accurate.
You can use a test meter to verify.
The RPM variation might be due to IR drop, or a poor connection to or in the dash.
But you said at idle, if the problem goes away when you hit the loud pedal don’t worry about it.

When you see fog lights on in good weather beware. Low performance driver ahead.
How bout those nervous nellies too scared to drive without headlights on in the daytime or if there is a little rain!
