Draining Battery-- Help!

Ok guys, this is seriously stumping me I need help.. My 90 IROC will start fine most of the time but lately it has suddenly just started dying on me. It happened a little while ago and I thought I fixed it.. Checked the alternator it was in good shape, and I got a new battery.. But, I have an MSD Master Blaster Ignition installed and sometimes when the car died I found that disconnecting and reconnecting the master blaster and jiggling the wires around would get it to start again.. Now, however, not even this is working. The battery can hold the charge once it is started and stays around 14v. but I have had to jump it twice recently. I thought maybe the way the previous owner wired up the audio that it was sucking juice from it. But I installed a new system with all new wiring and i dont think it is the case now. What else could it possibly be? I have no ideas. No lights are on so it cant be anything that I can see draining it..

The Drain Game

Sometimes the under-hood light does not go out so check that easy one first.

Then connect an ammeter in series with the battery.

With everything turned off and doors closed observe the current flow.

Pull the fuses one at a time till you see the current drop.

That’s the circuit with the problem.

Happy Racing!

If People Drove Any Slower They’d Be Going Backwards

When you see fog lights on in good weather beware. Low performance driver ahead.

How bout those nitwits too scared to drive without headlights in the daytime, and the nitwits that need headlights for a little rain
