Cutting out an alarm
I have never done it.
It needs to be done.
How do i do it.
My car is a 1987 Firebird. No VATS. Its a prestige alarm.
It cuts out fuel flow.
Does anyone have any experience doing this?
Thanks, Schwinny

Re: Cutting out an alarm
find the alarm box, generally under the steering column, start folowing the wires, write down all of the colors coming out of the box, find the splices, write down these colors beside the wire colors coming out of the box, then look for wires that are the same color, look at each wire closely for striping and make note of it. you should be able to figure out what wires need to be re-spliced to get it to factory specs. good luck!
