please help! high beam problem

my low beams work fine but when i pull the lever back to turn on the high beams, they cut my low beams off... do you think the switch is bad or the wiring?? please help.

Your low beams should be 2 filament bulbs. (3pin plug on headlights) your high beams are high only one filament (2 pin plug). Provided you have the proper lights the high beam filament is probably burned out on both your low beam bulbs.....good luck.

If you mean the highs don’t come on the high beam switch might need adjusting.

You can gain access to it at the bottom of the steering column.

When you pull the lever you'll see the moving rod and the switch.
