Car Won't Start...HELP!!!

Car Won't Start...HELP!!!
Car: 89 Firebird, 350TPI
So this past weekend i had to change my O2 sensor. When i went to start it it took 15-20sec of cranking to start the car. Normally when driving the "Service Engine Soon" light would intermittently come on for 1-2 minutes then go off. After i replaced the sensor, it stays on all the time, but the car has stopped idling weird.
Today, i wen to start the car and it won't start at all. I ran the "diagnostic" and have gotten what i think to be a code of 26, but i have no idea what i am doing with this diagnostic thing. It seems to me to be the fuel pump/line/filter. Any help?

I saw code 54 which is consistent with the fuel pump not turning on.
