Horn problem
Previous owner took the wire off the horn. I put it back on to find (as i figured), that the horn was on constantly. Pulled the airbag to look around and found one of the wires was bare against the airbag screw. I need a horn to pass inspection, so I cut the wire and attached it to a push button switch for now. After I did that, now the horn goes off constantly only when i open the door. Is the horn relay and the door switch tied in somewhere? The schematics I have don't cover the horn.

Maybe the PO rigged an alarm system.
Anyway the negative side of the horn relay is being grounded when you open the door.
Get to the relay and find where the PO mod is and remove that connection.
