Running VERY ROUGH for no reason

SO I broke my car -

I was in my console doing adjustmants to the shifter and reInstalling my radio , and I also was trying to stop the INFL REST light from coming on all the time, over a year ago I removed my stock Airbag steering wheel.

There is a Square control module in the console that has an Arrow pointing fwd , I have read that this controls the airbag, First I just unplugged it, I still had the light, then I used a jumper to try and kill the light No success ,

I decided to move on and finish eveything else _

I started the car last night to go for a rip and it ran like **** - felts like a 4 or 5 cyl where missing , major vibration from the exhaust, def something is wrong - I checked here on TGO and not much

I have since replugged in the module and NO luck so far, I pulled the + on the battery for 10 mins , and I have pulled the IRS fuse and still no change .

Any Ideas
