radio one side not working

radio one side not working

okay i have a 91 gta and a cassette with equilizer the right(passenger) side does not have sound. but if i put the sound all the way to that side all four work at same volume level. but drastically lower in volume. short? or is the radio just bad.......any help would be badass. im tryin to keep the car the way it was off the lot..

Hello Radio

Look behind the radio and make sure there’s no wire rub-thru after all these years, and make sure the connectors pin are clean.

If all the connections are in good shape the problem is internal.

well i did pull it out probably a month ago the wires actually looked alot better than i thought they would. but im gonna break down the harness more to check it out thouroughly. i did not even think to check the pin connections. thx for the input.
