Is there any internal maintenance that can be done to 3rd gen power mirrors or are they not "user serviceable"? i just got mine working again and was surprised how noisy there are. i wouldn't go so far as to say they are "grinding" or "crunching" but it's close. is there anything that can be lubricated?
