odometer/trip meter help

1st i did a search and found only useful stuff for the 82-89 clusters. i have a 92 rs camaro. the problem i have is the odometer seems to be working ok but the trip meter isnt, i dont think it moves and when i hit the reset the numbers only go back a few and the reset button is tuff to push in. so how do i fix this? and why i have it off is there a way to check the fuel guage? it doesnt work(pegged above full) and i wana make sure its not the gauge b4 i go dropping my tank (not fun)

Re: odometer/trip meter help

It might have the same problem as the earlier models, but unfortunately, the only fix I've seen was posted by JamesC. It worked perfect for me, but I have a 1988. You might want to message him and see if the same repair will work.
