This Wire must operate a light in China
Guys, I am putting a/c back into my car and am looking for where this wire connects. Its the light Green with a ? above it.
Its a 1984 Camaro Z28.

It looks like the wire that enables the fast idle solenoid. Basically, when you turn on the AC, the solenoind energizes and doesn't allow the idle to below a certain RPM. The is the the carbureted version of the process that bumps the idle up a couple hunders revs to keep the engine from dying while at idle.

So looking at the wiring diagram would I bridge the light green wire before the solenoid like this?

On my 85 with a T-5. I used a relay from a boneyard thirdgen, thus the colors. Since I'd gutted the throttle kicker replay because I was on longer using the ECM, I soldered the green wire to the blue into order to use all the OE wiring. You can see the relay, far right, in post 18 of the following link (pic in the center). The throttle kicker can also be seen:
