How to disable check engine light?
Well my car is up for inspection now, but im not sure if it will pass inspection since it has a check engine light on. We took all the emissions off the engine so that is most likely why its on, but is there a way to disable the light or to take it out????

I'd think if they were going to fail for the light, then they'd be looking under the hood anyway, and thus fail you for not having the emissions equip in there long before they'd fail you for the light.
But you can simply unplug the bulb in the cluster.

Well i dont know the laws in PA or how strict they are but if they would fail you for a check engine light they will fail you for no check engine light. Removing the bulb is a common thing thats done to try and hide stuff like that and inspectors know that. Check engine lights go on briefly when the car is first started just to show they are alive and working. So if a tester is checking for a check engine light they will see the light did not turn on and will know the bulb is burnt out or removed which would be a failure. You would need to put it on some sort of timer or program the diagnostics out of the ECM.
