No Power Anywhere?

So I was trying to start my Iroc the other day... it has some problems. It was cranking over and the battery was almost dead, then I heard a click and I lost power everywhere. No headlights, no interior light, nothing. I charged the battery and still nothing. I assume its a fuse of some sort but I'm not exactly sure where it is located... any advice would be helpful. Thanks.

Fusebox under driver side dash. Also there's fusible links in the engine bay.

Check the positive cable connection at the starter. If its on the terminal but the nut isnt tightened down it can short. Will kill power to everything if it is not hooked up properly.
