Buzzer comes on when headlights are on/ no gauges working
There is a loud annoying buzzer noise that comes on when i turn on my headlights, also not one gauge on my dash works???? i got it back from the paint shop like that and they said they checked the fuses apparently not the problem. can anyone tell me where I can start or has had any experience with this? it is an 83 trans am.

You must check the fuse yourself.
If the GAGES fuse looks good
use a voltmeter or test light (the type for testing for voltage, not a continuity tester) to probe both sides of the GAGES fuse.
Is there power both sides?

3 fuses were out. They must not have checked them as it is not easy to get at if your not a small guy, i had to pretty much fold the seat back and lay upside down on my back in the seat to check it without turning my neck 280 degrees.
