what is this?
just woundering what this module might be, its located in the drivers side kick panel, 4 wires going to it.

its a 1989 and the colors are green wight stripe, green, yellow white stripe, and yellow. 2 thick wires the ones with the stripe, are on the outside at each end.

is not the vats ....

if not mistaken its the starter enable relay (usually wrapped around with electrical tape)

Hello juanillox8!!

Isn't the starter enable relay, parts of the VATS system???



By the way you are right, it is the starter enable relay, I just didn't have the right "terminology" at my finger tips, so I didn't call it anything, but rather pointed to the right system, VATS!!!

Lol yea but usually when some one says vats the module comes to mind. Kinda like saying ignition theres many things that are in that system but usually the switch comes to mind
