so my mixture control solenoid wont perform a 50% duty cycle ( the famous click it makes) when ignition turned on. the voltage to it is good, and when using a jumper wire for the ground it clicks that one time. the resistance is 25 ohms. (specs say must have atleast 10 or it will damage ecu) any ideas? im thinking bad ground somewhere.
