I was wondering if they had daytime runners in the 92 cars as I jus got it the other day and noticed they are on all the time. With the car off the switch works so I know the switch works. Any info you can help me with would be greatful for sure. If there is daytime runners I would also like to eliminate them as well.

I don't believe there were any Third Gens with day runners, My 92 does not have day runners.

 

I've heard that the Canadian models do have daytime runners. I'm not familiar with the circuit, but there may be a photo cell in or near one of the defrost ducts.

 

i have not heard of it , but i am interested . not sure if daytime runners are good or not . but , they couldn't hurt for safety . good luck .

 

I saw a round disc looking thing but the vents actually and the dash pad has seen better days. I will be putting in the one from my 85. Never knew they would put daytime runners on Canadian cars but not U.S. cars. Odd really. I dont want the daytime runners as i plan on doing HID's in the car and dont want them to run all the time.
