If the bulb is jiggling around the flickering could easily be the result of your connection at the headlight. I would definitely check your connection there for oxidation/loose fit. As far as the wattage is concerned it shouldn't matter however thats assuming its wired correctly with an appropriate gauge wite and your electrical system in general is in good shape.

Electrical is in good i cleaned all the electrical all off. Wiring is fine but i No the h4 bulb i took two of them out they have some wierd broken pieces jingling in the bulb not the headlight. So i bought new headlights also 55/60W because these are 90/100 watt that's too high and will overload the system without a wiring harness won't it?

Well thats what I mean about having them wired correctly. Even the stock headlights were pushing the abilities of the factory wiring so trying to run 100 watt H4s off the factory wiring would not be a good idea. Of course even the 60s I think should be run off a relay and separate wiring harness. Again even with stock headlights youll notice a difference in the headlights brightness if you run them off a relay because the gauge wire used is so light and so long of a run for the amount of current being drawn theres just too much of a voltage drop in the wiring itself. Draw more current youll make it even worse and risk things like melting your headlight switch.

Yes, I think that would be a very wise idea. Keep in mind you dont necessarily have to buy one pre-made. I dont know how much they cost but you can make your own fairly cheap if you know what your doing.
