Green Wire 12V

Green Wire 12V-camaro-green-wire.jpg
Anyone knows were this green wire goes? Gave me a shock just sitting on the firewall. It is a bare wire the picture may look a connection but I used that to cap it off. Have not traced the wire as it is all bundled in the wire loom below the brake booster. Any ideas?
Thank you

Re: Green Wire 12V

have a white stripe in it, or solid green?

darker green (like grass), or lighter green (like jello)?

Re: Green Wire 12V

Ok will double check that...but would that have 12V going to sensor? Already have another gauage hooked to the temp so that could be right.

Not really - here's wiring diags you can study: http://www.austinthirdgen.org/index.php?pid=19

Might have to tear into a loom and trace that sucker down by hand.
