Turn Signals Light up, but dont flash
my turn signals will light up either left or right but will not flash, iv read of people changing the "FLASHER" but i did this and still no flash just they light up and do nothing. what do i do?

Bad bulb - find the bad bulb. If bulb is bad, flasher won't operate.
