R @ R tps,still getting voltage low code

i got a 22 code so i changed my tps,the harness was shot so i changed that to, still getting a code 22 but the car runs better,the light comes on when i start the car but it goes off when i drive the car, every now an then the car will bump or what could be a miss an the light will come back on,then it goes off after i drive for a minute,voltage at 5, checked harness with ohm meeter and got good readings, any help, please!!!!!!!!!!!

If your TPS is adjustable, key on, back probe the blue and black wire with a voltmeter. It (the blue wire) should read o.54 volts ± o.o8v with the throttle closed. The grey is your 5v reference.

You may have to use paper clips to get to the pins in the plug, some multimeter probes can't reach far enough to make contact.
