Z28/iroc 86 Tachometer & other issues

Hows it going guys? im new here and new to working on these beasts, i got myself a Camaro where the guy whom i got it from had the motor rebuilt several times and now its just a carbed 4 barrel 305 with edelbrock intake, electric fan, hooker headers, edelbrock filter yadayada. BUT a good amount of my fuses are gone and a whole bunch of wires under the hood are unplugged/cut, all my lights work and the engine runs fine (with the exception of the third rear tail light for some reason) what doesn't work however is the Tach, the interior blinking lights for the blinkers and the interior dome light... looking for someone to help me out show me a diagram or tell me some steps to do, mainly im just trying to get the tach back hooked up but it would be cool to have it all working again.

p.s. anyone have any idea why when i open the drivers door the floor lights come on but not when i open the passenger door?? Thanks in advance!

does your exterior blinkers work though? if so more then likely have a burnt bulbs, happened in mine. or a fuse could be blown, but id suspect all the dash lights would be out, there a simple fix

yes front and rear blinkers work, headlights hi and low work too. only thing i cant really figure out is the third brake light, the bulbs look fine and i dont have a voltage meter to test the terminals right now, anybody know if there is a seprate inline fuse or seperate fuse on the panel for it?

and i still cant figure out why the interior dash blinker flashers dont turn on when the blinkers go on, just the beeper.. thanks guys!

i think i may have found the green tach wire coming off the distributor, only problem is it looks cut about 4 inches from the distributor, i noticed another green with with some kind of strange looking connector on it hanging loose on the right side of the engine bay, im hoping aslong as i connect this the tach will work again... thoughts? sound good? haha
