12 volt constant in trunk hatch light?

I am installing some digi-tails and I need a 12 volt constant it says I should use the one in the fuse box but I really don't understand how to wire into the fuse box.

So I noticed that my trunk hatch light had an orange wire running to it and I was wondering if anyone knew if that had a 12 volt constant. IT does not turn on everytime I open the door or anything like that it has a little switch that turns it off and on.

Also how do I connect a T-TAP? DO I need to splice the wires? or do I just close it into the wire? I'm new to wiring and I want to do this right.

Any and all help is appreciated, thanks!

The cargo light is 12v constant from the courtesy circuit. T-taps simply close around the wire. If you look closely, you can see the little teeth that cut through the insulation, into the wire.
