it could be that your light bulb for the turn signal is dead, so automaticly it does that, if they are alive then you may have some wiering issues of the fuse is going out, thats my guess

Might have a bad bulb (not dead yet, but arcing to other lelement instead of working as it should. Or might just need a new flasher unit.

electrons flow slower in cold, cept for superconductors..
